Refunds for online purchases are available if requested by 12 pm on the Thursday before the event. Contact us at emailrwwc@gmail.com to request a refund. This policy also applies to those paying at the door. Failure to cancel by 12 pm on the Thursday before the event will require payment to cover the lunch fee or finding a replacement attendee, with notification emailed to us.
